    I bought according to size chart. This is my 3rd one. I’m 5”9 200lbs and was looking for something to control my menopause bloating. Ordered an xl. Only to order a large the next week. Then a medium 2 days after that in which the medium fits JUST right. It’s has the right amount of firmness and totally breathable. I should know. I get occasional hot flashes. Give it a try

    I am looking for a torniquet-type slimmer that is so tight it will make my stomach look totally flat and is impossible to navigate when using the restroom, said no man ever. Enough of the madness. I love a good shaper but I don’t want to feel like I can’t breathe or have to constantly adjust. I wanted one for everyday wear and I don’t need to be feel totally squeezed unless it’s a special occasion and there are pictures involved. This is PERFECT. I purchased a 3X. I’m surprised some people thought it was so tight. The material is soft and the legs stay put. I didn’t buy the high-waist, but it actually can be pulled up and worn that way and it is not a struggle to take off when using the restroom. The legs can be worn knee length or upper thigh and they stay put, so that was a surprise. I am very happy. It smooths you out but it’s not so tight you can’t breathe. I wore it with the thinstincts tank so I have an all over smooth thing going on without having to wear a one piece and it still felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

    I purchased a large and had to return for a size M I am 5’1″ and 153 lbs. It makes me feel put together for a daily use but goes up very easy and I can pull easily which basically means its not really holding me tight for a slimmer look but it does smooth me out. sounds contradicting but heres the thing. I gave it 5 because its a nice product. for comfort I gave it a 4 beause the position of the traps after a while hurts. sheerness its def not sheer but a nice soft smooth material. stretch is great but will order a small for special occasion dresses and this one for more regular uses. I spud say measure yourself so that you get what would be perfect fit.

    These were so comfortable! 90 degrees outside and I didn’t notice them the whole day. They helped hide my extra 5 lbs, but they won’t erase 30 lbs, so be real. The true benefit is they smoothed everything out. No dimples, bulges, or cellulite showed. They stayed up, easy to pull down when using the ladies room, and no lines showed through.

    Super soft, comfortable, not binding. I wore this under a skirt on one occasion and under leggings on another. Never felt tight. No leg marks. Extremely flattering. Eliminates the back fat rolls, love handles, cellulite and stomach. Comfortable enough to sleep in.
    Love it! Stays up even if you want to tuck in the straps. On the first wear I experienced an itchy skin irritation. Probably from chemical processing. But that disappeared when I washed the item. Wash first and you should be extremely pleased with your purchase.

    This is a great control shape wear, I was impressed of how well made is, fabric is incredible soft, at first though wouldn’t fit but it does has an amazing stretch not too constricted perfect to wear daily, which for me has been great, doesn’t gives me the hourglass shape, guess I could size down one size. I’m 5’3” 210 pounds and size XL works good, if I would like a much better shape or if you want one a size L might work but I’m happy with the size I choose.

    I’m 5’2 and 200. I bought a large but I honestly feel like I could have gone with a medium. The large is easy to put on and holds everything firmly but for that extra suck in I will probably get a medium for special occasions. I wore this out for a 2 mile walk and it didn’t affect my breathing or anything.

    Fit as described aside from lifting of the butt. Top did not roll down like some of the other reviews said. For reference I am 5’4″ 155 lbs and I ordered a large. I did so because of my shape after surgery. I was pleased with the results. As for comfort, are any shapers comfortable? While the fabric was good quality, it was more sheer than I had expected.
